We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate AI Ethics Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to assess, advise, and implement ethical frameworks and guidelines for their AI initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that AI technologies are developed and deployed responsibly, addressing potential biases, privacy concerns, and societal impacts.
Roles And Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their AI projects, goals, and ethical considerations.
• Conduct ethical assessments of AI systems and algorithms, identifying potential biases, risks, and societal impacts.
• Develop and implement AI ethics guidelines, policies, and best practices tailored to client needs.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and adherence to ethical standards (e.g., GDPR, fairness, transparency).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and legal advisors to integrate ethical principles throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and ethical frameworks in AI and machine learning.
