ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
- Support Cloud Architecture Initiatives: Assist senior architects in designing and implementing cloud solutions for clients based on their requirements and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements, and contribute to the development of cloud architecture designs.
- Perform Basic Cloud Infrastructure Configurations: Gain hands-on experience in configuring and deploying cloud infrastructure components, such as virtual machines, storage resources, networking, and security features. Follow best practices and guidelines provided by senior architects to ensure the reliability and scalability of cloud environments.
- Provide Technical Support: Assist clients and internal teams with technical inquiries related to cloud services and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, escalate complex issues to senior architects or technical support teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Learn and Develop Cloud Expertise: Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in cloud computing technologies, platforms, and services. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud architecture and solution design. Participate in training programs, certifications, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance your proficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document cloud architecture designs, configurations, and implementation processes. Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and reports to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to internal teams and clients. Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and accessible for future reference.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with senior architects, developers, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality cloud solutions that meet client requirements and expectations. Contribute actively to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, and share insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Associate, are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is desirable.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from others and contribute to team success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and technical configurations. Ability to follow established processes and guidelines while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
