- Financial Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial statements.
- Implement financial controls and reporting mechanisms to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario planning to anticipate and manage potential financial challenges.
- Financial Leadership and Team Development:

- Mentor and develop finance professionals, promoting continuous learning and career development.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and investors to enhance financial credibility and trust.
- Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align financial strategy with overall business objectives.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and financial institutions, to communicate financial performance and growth plans.
- Represent the company in financial negotiations, strategic discussions, and investor relations activities.
