Responsibilities

- Foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking throughout the organization.
- Analyze and assess the organization’s current operations, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to senior leadership and the board of directors.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are preferred.
- 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Proficiency in strategic planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
