- IT Infrastructure and Operations Management:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement best practices in IT operations, including cloud computing, data management, disaster recovery, and IT service management (ITSM).
- Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs to optimize resource allocation and infrastructure investments.
- Cybersecurity and Risk Management:
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, protocols, and practices to protect sensitive financial data and mitigate cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response planning to ensure proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance cybersecurity posture and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Digital Transformation and Innovation:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes, enhance user experiences, and drive business growth.
- Champion innovation projects, pilot programs, and proof-of-concepts to explore new technologies and business opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the technology organization.
- Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads to align technology initiatives with business goals and priorities.
- Communicate technology strategies, project updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external technology vendors, industry associations, and strategic partners to leverage expertise and resources.
- Team Leadership and Talent Development:
