- M&A and Transaction Execution:
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including target identification, due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation, and integration planning.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and presentations to support investment decisions and communicate recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential strategic partners, investors, and industry stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and expand market reach.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and alliance structures that create mutual value and support long-term growth objectives.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships and drive initiatives to maximize partnership value and achieve strategic objectives.
