- Ensure the security of the organization's IT infrastructure, including data protection, cybersecurity measures, and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance business operations.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for technology upgrades and improvements.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to IT and data security.
- Oversee the implementation and management of software, hardware, and network infrastructure projects.
- Monitor IT performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
