Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team on a full-time basis. The EIR will bring deep industry expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and a track record of success to advise our portfolio companies and identify new investment opportunities. Roles And Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory:
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to portfolio company founders and management teams.
• Offer insights and advice based on firsthand entrepreneurial experience to help solve challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing and refining business models, go-to-market strategies, and operational efficiencies.
• Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
• Actively engage in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities that align with the firm's investment thesis.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and financial modeling.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations to support investment decisions by the firm's partners and investment committee.
• Network and Relationship Building:
• Leverage personal network and industry connections to expand deal flow and foster partnerships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and relationship-building efforts.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with portfolio company founders to support ongoing collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Thought Leadership and Innovation:
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics relevant to the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including writing articles, speaking engagements, and participating in panel discussions.
• Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies that present investment opportunities for the firm.
• Collaboration and Team Support:
• Collaborate closely with investment team members and firm partners to contribute to investment strategy development and execution.
• Participate in portfolio reviews, strategy sessions, and investment committee meetings to provide insights and recommendations.
