Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) Role DescriptionAn Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Iron Key Capital is a unique and transformative opportunity for dedicated entrepreneurs who are passionate about mastering the founder craft. This role is ideal for gritty individuals who have experienced at least one startup failure and are eager to apply their hard-earned lessons to achieve new heights. This is a 3 month remote contract role.
ResponsibilitiesInnovation and Ideation: Bring your own business idea or be selected to develop a company and product incubated by Iron Key.
Startup Development: Lead the creation and growth of innovative startups from ideation to market launch.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the successful launch and scaling of new ventures.
Mentorship and Learning: Engage in continuous learning and mentorship to refine your entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including budget, team, and technology, to drive the venture's success.
Networking: Build and leverage a robust network of industry contacts, investors, and potential partners.
Requirements

• Proven track record as an entrepreneur with at least one startup failure and a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem.
• Strong desire to learn and master the craft of founding and growing a successful startup.
• Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to pivot and adapt to changing market conditions and challenges.
