Develop and implement expatriate HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with local laws.
Manage all aspects of the expatriate lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, relocation, performance management, and repatriation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates and their families, providing guidance and support on HR matters, cultural integration, and daily living.
Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of expatriate policies with local practices.
Monitor and analyze expatriate compensation and benefits packages, making recommendations for adjustments as needed to remain competitive and compliant.
Oversee the administration of expatriate benefits, including housing, transportation, and education.

Qualifications
