Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and risk management.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and identifying areas for improvement or cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls, maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions to support audit processes, tax compliance, and financing activities.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to department heads and senior management on financial decisions, investments, and resource allocation.
- Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to assess financial impacts and inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to the board of directors, executive team, and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree, CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, or senior finance role with a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in strategic financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
