Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to clients on freight forwarding processes, including air, ocean, and ground transportation logistics.
• Analyze clients' shipping needs and recommend optimal transportation solutions to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage freight documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and insurance certificates, to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Advise clients on customs clearance procedures, tariff classifications, and import/export regulations.
• Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with transportation providers to achieve competitive pricing and service levels.
• Monitor shipment tracking and provide proactive communication to clients on shipment status and potential delays.
• Develop and implement freight forwarding strategies that align with clients' supply chain objectives and business goals.
