Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity capital market transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence to support transaction execution.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop marketing materials, presentations, and pitch books.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Monitor market trends, healthcare industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience in equity capital markets, investment banking, or related financial services with a focus on healthcare.
• Proven track record in executing equity transactions (IPOs, follow-on offerings) within the healthcare industry.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and pitch materials.
