Job SummaryThe Investment Banking Senior Analyst is a key member of our deal teams, assisting in the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions. Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising initiatives.
Prepare detailed pitch books, financial reports, and market analysis for client presentations.
Conduct industry research to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
Collaborate with team members to manage due diligence processes and ensure seamless transaction execution.
Assist in the development of junior analysts by providing guidance and feedback on their work.
Maintain and develop client relationships through regular communication and by providing high-quality service and insights.
Monitor economic and market conditions to assess their impact on client portfolios and transactions.
Ensure all documentation and compliance regulations are met and maintained throughout the transaction process.
Support senior bankers in negotiating and closing deals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as CFA) preferred.
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or a related field.
Proven expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
