- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management consulting or a related role, with a track record of delivering successful projects and driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
