Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation of potential investment opportunities within the consumer products industry.
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify key industry trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare detailed investment memos, financial models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with investment partners and senior management to evaluate deal structures and negotiate terms.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare regular performance reports and updates.
- Assist in the execution of due diligence processes, including coordinating with legal, financial, and operational experts.

- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to private equity investments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
