Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable machine learning algorithms and models.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, gather requirements, and deliver AI/ML driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within AI and machine learning to continually enhance our capabilities.
- Implement robust machine learning infrastructure that can be scaled and replicated across various projects.
- Conduct A/B tests and other performance evaluations to ensure the efficacy and impact of AI/ML models.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members on best practices in AI and ML.
- Document and present model development insights and progress to stakeholders and executive teams.
- Ensure all AI/ML projects adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Optimize existing machine learning systems for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in machine learning algorithms and concepts
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
- Data manipulation and analysis with pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries
- Strong statistical analysis and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage large-scale data sets
- Expertise in using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML deployment
- Experience in building and optimizing models for computer vision, NLP, or other AI sub-fields
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
