Conduct comprehensive industry research and financial analysis for the industrial sector to support senior bankers in M&A, IPOs, and other transaction execution.
Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate business performance and project future earnings.
Prepare pitch books and client presentations, articulating the strategic value of proposed transactions.
Assist in the coordination and management of transaction processes, including due diligence, document preparation, and client communication.
Monitor industry trends, economic news, and market developments to inform analyses and recommendations.
