Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive industry research and financial analysis for the industrial sector to support senior bankers in M&A, IPOs, and other transaction execution.
- Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate business performance and project future earnings.
- Prepare pitch books and client presentations, articulating the strategic value of proposed transactions.
- Assist in the coordination and management of transaction processes, including due diligence, document preparation, and client communication.
- Monitor industry trends, economic news, and market developments to inform analyses and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the quality of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with clients to gather critical financial data and build strong professional relationships.
- Support the deal structuring and negotiation process by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
- Contribute to internal strategy meetings, offering insights and suggestions for improving transaction strategies.
