Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operations Manager to join our venture capital team on a full-time basis. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the operational aspects of our investment activities, managing processes, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:

  • Manage and optimize operational workflows and processes related to deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment execution.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the investment lifecycle.

• Portfolio Management Support:

  • Coordinate with portfolio company executives and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.

• Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate effectively with investment professionals, legal counsel, and external service providers to support investment transactions and portfolio management.
