Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s overall business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure effective employee relations practices, resolve complex employee issues, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage risks related to HR practices and employee relations.
- Oversee the implementation and management of HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and employees at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
