This role involves developing and implementing security policies, leading a team of security professionals, and ensuring the overall safety and security of the organization’s assets, information, and personnel.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the security strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of security professionals.
Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess security risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:

Required Skills And Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of security technologies, risk management, and incident response.
