Position: Customer Support Administrator/Specialist

Location: Thurmont, MD

Pay: $45,000 - $57,000/hour

Direct Hire/Permanent Position

Job Responsibilities of the Customer Support Administrator position:

  • Manage and respond to incoming service requests regarding material/delivery discrepancies
  • Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Research requests to understand their nature and determine the level of response required
  • Initiate delivery of materials and accurately capture customer requests in tracking systems
  • Liaise with various departments to resolve issues and facilitate deliveries
  • Document resolutions and share best practices with team members
  • Maintain accurate records and distribute reports as neededManage the intake and administration of service requests via electronic ticketing systems, email, and telephone, providing essential support to all company manufacturing facilities
  • Your responsibilities include processing requests, ensuring timely responses, and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Troubleshoot requests, coordinate with various departments, and document issues effectively

Qualifications for the Customer Support Administrator:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of customer service and/or administration experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred. (Ex. Business Administration, Communications)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team
  • Reliability and initiative
  • Results-driven and willing to learn new things

Salary : $45,000 - $57,000
