Position: Customer Support Administrator/Specialist
Location: Thurmont, MD
Pay: $45,000 - $57,000/hour

Job Responsibilities of the Customer Support Administrator position:
- Manage and respond to incoming service requests regarding material/delivery discrepancies
- Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Research requests to understand their nature and determine the level of response required
- Initiate delivery of materials and accurately capture customer requests in tracking systems
- Liaise with various departments to resolve issues and facilitate deliveries
- Document resolutions and share best practices with team members
- Maintain accurate records and distribute reports as neededManage the intake and administration of service requests via electronic ticketing systems, email, and telephone, providing essential support to all company manufacturing facilities
- Your responsibilities include processing requests, ensuring timely responses, and delivering a high level of customer service
- Troubleshoot requests, coordinate with various departments, and document issues effectively

Qualifications for the Customer Support Administrator:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of customer service and/or administration experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred. (Ex. Business Administration, Communications)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team
- Reliability and initiative
- Results-driven and willing to learn new things
