The Investment Banking Associate plays a pivotal role in our investment banking team, providing critical support in financial modeling, transaction processing, and client management. • Assist in the development and execution of financial solutions in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic advisory services.
• Conduct detailed industry research and financial analysis to support deal origination and execution.
• Prepare and present pitch books and financial models to potential and existing clients.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, lawyers, and accountants.
• Monitor financial news and developments to assess impact on ongoing projects and client portfolios.
• Engage in client meetings to discuss financial strategies, pitch services, or provide project updates.
• Support senior bankers in the seamless execution of deals, including document preparation and transaction closing.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and financial models.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
