Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Consultant to join our team. The Project Management Consultant will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to completion. 4. Quality Assurance and Deliverable Management:

5. Client Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
   • Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, and relationships throughout the project duration.
   • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to discuss project status, milestones, and next steps.
