Job Title: Senior Financial Strategy Consultant

The Senior Financial Strategy Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction and strategic initiatives of Augmentjobs. This role is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Monitor and adjust plans as needed based on changing business conditions.

• Financial Analysis and Modeling: Perform complex financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to support decision-making.

• Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to senior executives on financial matters, including investment opportunities, cost management, and financial performance improvement.

• Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance financial stability.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment of financial strategies with overall business objectives.

• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify potential growth areas.

• Compliance: Ensure that financial practices and strategies comply with relevant regulations and standards.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, or a related role, with a proven track record of strategic planning and execution.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software (e.g., Excel, financial planning tools). Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to financial challenges.

• Experience in a consulting environment or working with multiple clients.
