JOB SUMMARY:
To ensure all processes are performed on customers special request orders. Verify orders that divert for weight issues have correct product in packages.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Kit customer orders, while maintaining production on a daily basis.
- Make sure packages are not damaged and repackage any damaged packages.
- Audit and fix all request for audit customers.
- Make sure all special requests for shipments are met before sending to confirmation for processing.
- Supports other DC areas to facilitate customer order processing; including but not limited to replenishment, receiving, picking, truck loading, and confirmation.
- Build open carton inventory in all sizes as needed, for labeling and order processing.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to interpret order specifications.
- Forklift certification or similar equipment operation credentials may be beneficial but are not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

- Full-Time, Monday- Friday: 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Overtime and weekend work may be required during busy periods.
