TheFinancial Analystwill perform financial tracking, reporting, and presentations of data for all programs and projects within ACI’s portfolio. Thepositionisafull-time,exemptposition reportingtotheDirector of Finance .
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual operating plans and monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets including reoccurring reviews and maintenance in Unanet.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting for all projects including: Funding status reports, travel spend, subcontractor funds tracking, funding limitations, project financial monthly status reporting, funding requests, and monitor purchase order balances.
- Maintain accurate projects dashboards.
- Monitors progress of program requirements. Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
- Conduct, hiring and salary range support to programs and Human Resources .
- Develop and track project performance metrics and graphics for internal and external reporting.
- Perform proposal pricing analysis and reviews.
- Performother relateddutiesas assigned.

Required Qualifications
- BA/BSinAccounting , Finance, Business, or otherrelatedfieldoranequivalentcombinationofeducationand experience.
- Minimumof1-2yearsoffinancial experience, Government contracting preferred.
- General knowledgeoffinancialandcost accounting.
- Experience performing variance analysis and reporting, preferred experience with advanced automations such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of MS excel, with experience with advanced excel functionality.
- Experience with Unanet or equivalent Financial Management Systems preferred.
- Eligible to receive a Secret Clearance.
