The Education and Events Executive will support the East Coast to ensure all event and education objectives are achieved seasonally. This position will support in delivering key in-store events, education, cultivating relationships and building brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with field executives to execute all education and event’s needs.
• Support the Sales and Education team by driving sales.
• Lead all retailer events, train and coach counter teams, and freelance teams to achieve all metrics.
• Educate and train store staff on AB brand knowledge and product demonstration.
• Facilitate all seasonal trainings along with new hire trainings throughout the year.
• Partner closely with Global Education lead on initiatives and brand education consistency.
• Manage execution of new hire onboarding program to ensure best-in-class onboarding experience
• for field employees.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previously held sales and education position.
• Beauty or relative experience is a must.
• Experience with large retail accounts.
• Self-motivated to lead and represent AB in the best way possible with all retail partners.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage daily administrative tasks.
• Ability to confidently present in both large and small groups.
• Must be willing to travel and work some nights and weekends.
