JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of the operations of the store during all hours of operations; responsible for maintaining the operating standards, implementing company policies, maximizing net operating income, and for representing our Mission and Philosophy to its guests, crew members, and community.

MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager is responsible for leading all Assistant Manager & Crew Members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must complete training outlined. In addition to the personal traits required of all team members (positive attitude, teachable, outgoing), must have demonstrated leadership and organizational ability, plus good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have high personal standards and motivation, and display a capacity for problem-solving, personal growth, and ability to understand and work with moderately complex financial information and statistics. Basic math skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with a calculator, POS System, printer, and computer are essential. Must have dependable transportation and a working cellular phone. Must be at least 18 years old.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above (“Essential Duties”); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours (12 hour days); must be able to see, hear, and speak (for communication and safety); must be able to test product by taste, color, and smell; must be able to manage occasional periods of stress with composure and control; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.

Competitive Wages, Benefits after 90 days, options to travel and be apart of a business that has locations across the southeast.
