Aura Healthcare is Hiring a Food Service Worker Near Bay, FL

Food Service Workers $17 an hour

Schedule TBD:

Contract: 42 weeks

40 hours per

Must have 1 year experience minimum

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving food and beverages
  • Preparing simple food and trays for Veterans
  • Delivering trays
  • Recording and retrieving Veteran diet information
  • Washing dishes
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) is required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service and possess a strong understanding of food safety practices.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with food preparation and serving in various settings such as hospitals, restaurants, banquets, or catering events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen facilities
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing their needs promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a food service-related role such as dietary aide, hospitality, restaurant, or catering
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Nice-to-have skills: Bartending experience or familiarity with banquet services in the food industry

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
