Job Summary:

We are looking for a Brand Designer to join the Creative Team at Aura. You are a passionate designer, who loves collaborating and problem-solving. In this role, you'll shape the brand's visual identity and strategy across all channels, with a sharp focus on digital. You will work on projects including email, paid social, web, retail, packaging and print.

Key Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:

• You’ll work as part of the creative team to collectively build and evolve a best-in-class brand, while continually evolving and pushing the work.
• Develop and create designs from concept to completion for all channels: email, paid social, web, retail, and packaging.
• You will work closely with the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders to collaborate and maintain brand consistency.
• You are strategically oriented and a critical thinker, and you approach every project with enthusiasm.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience working in-house. DTC/Retail experience is a major plus.
• Well-rounded portfolio of work showcasing an expert understanding of graphic design, layout, and typography. Strong eye for photography and color.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and a high standard of quality.
• You have a strong understanding of creating brand systems for e-commerce and digital experiences.
• Highly organized, attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, creative problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of photo retouching
• Base-level understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Motion skills a plus

Physical Requirements (if applicable):

• Located in the greater New York area. Able to come into the office 3 days a week alongside the Creative Team (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
