Aura Intelligence is Hiring a Remote Digital Marketing Lead - Lead Generation Specialist

Aura is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our online marketing initiatives, driving leads and opportunities to fuel our growth.

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a proven track record in leveraging online marketing activities to generate high-quality leads and opportunities. This role is critical to our growth strategy and requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and optimize the lead qualification process.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Create compelling and engaging content that attracts and converts target audiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team including; the editorial team, sales enablement, partner enablement, client development and product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of initiative.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Experience in the data industry is a plus.
