We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience in a new and growing casual fine dining restaurant in Hampden Township.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise all front of house restaurant employees
• Work in partnership with the Executive Chef to ensure a high quality dining experience
• Track levels of supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
• Address customer needs, comments, and complaints and oversee the complete guest experience
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage payroll and maintain all relevant records
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Represent the brand and work as a member of the management team to expand the business and increase sales

• Professional attitude and appearance
• High School Diploma is a requirement, high education and training a plus, Serve Safe Certification a plus

Starting salary commensurate with experience. Bonus and Commissions based on increased sales and restaurant growth.
