The HTM Imaging department at Texas Health Resources is looking for a top skilled Xray Service Engineer Lead.Is that you?
Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth: 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, Texas 76104
Work hours:
•Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift; Monday through Friday from 7:30A- 4:00P
•On Call required once every 7 weeks on rotation (Friday evening for full week until following Friday morning)

Here's What You Need
Education
•High School Diploma or Equivalent required And
•Associate's Degree Associates of Applied Science in Biomedical Technology, Electronics, Information Technology Management, or related field required Or
•Other Successful completion of military BMET training required
Experience
•7 years servicing diagnostic imaging systems (preferably in a hospital setting) required
Licenses and Certifications
•DL - Drivers License Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record upon hire required And
•Other Completion of Networking Foundation Course 2 years required And
•Other Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET), Laboratory Equipment Specialist (CLES); or Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES) upon hire preferred And
•Completed OEM technical training in diagnostic imaging to include radiology, mammography, CT, ultrasound, networking, PACS, and/or DICOM preferred
What You Will Do
Leadership
•Establishes work priorities and provides daily leadership and support to all assigned staff.
•Demonstrates exceptional customer service, while interacting effectively with physicians, patients, residents, visitors, staff and the broader health care community.
•Administers coaching, delivers performance feedback and issues discipline with guidance and assistance from the Healthcare Technology Manager.
Service
•Leads and occasionally performs installation, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of clinical equipment.
•Leads the maintenance of a calibration program for electronic and safety testing equipment used by the department.
•Oversees administrative responsibilities of the department, including work order control, maintenance history records, SM and safety inspection requests and repair parts inventory records.
Operational Quality
•Leads scheduled maintenance and electrical safety inspections. May also perform such duties as needed.
•Communicates the need for proper planning, time utilization, high quality and cost containment.
•Assists in the evaluation of new equipment, accessories, and supplies and the development of detailed purchase specifications.
Deliver Financial Commitments
•Supervises, coordinates and evaluates the work performed by service contractors to include maintenance, calibration, installation and verification of service documentation.
•Supervises and maintains timely, accurate and thorough documentation as outlined by current policies and procedures.
•Demonstrates cost-effective decision making skills that are broader based using general policy guidelines.
