Aureon is Hiring a Manager - Marketing Near Des Moines, IA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Division Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all marketing efforts for each division of Aureon (Connectivity, Consulting, Contact Center, Technology Solutions) from creative to operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market trends.
  • Create and manage campaigns to attract, engage, and win prospective Clients and optimize buyer engagement to maximize sales conversions and grow current Clients.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members/departments to ensure that proper markets are targeted, and proper products/offerings are positioned within the defined markets to achieve growth targets.
  • Plan marketing activities by creating plans that address critical milestones, task dependencies, and key collaboration points.
  • Assist in planning activities by providing team members with an understanding of marketing service level agreements and competing priorities that impact delivery timelines.
  • Define the work activities and incremental milestones that ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Continually manage and communicate timelines and expected delivery dates to internal clients, strategy teams, and create delivery teams.
  • Contribute to output quality by performing quality assurance checks on digital and/or print files as needed.
  • Collaborate as part of an integrated, cross-functional team.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Perform all leadership duties including, but not limited to, engagement and performance feedback for the marketing team.
  • Define and implement predictable, and repeatable marketing processes designed to keep marketing team functioning in an efficient, collaborative manner.
  • Manage multiple efforts and prioritize production schedules as needed to ensure overall quality and timeliness of work.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage the marketing spend so it is in alignment with the budget.
  • Manage and report on activities and provide management with access to report data on current activities and/or information that helps drive departmental planning and budgeting activities
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing marketing efforts (i.e. SPAM, GDPR, private customer information)

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, and 3 years of marketing activity management, sales support background, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic understanding of print production and digital delivery process (preferred).
  • Experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing or advertising (preferred).
  • General knowledge of the information technology & telecommunications industries (preferred).

  • Must possess a strong financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, often changing assignments on short notice.
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to present information to various groups in a variety of formats.

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:

Required

  • Must be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office and MS Outlook

Preferred

  • Experience with HubSpot and creative trafficking systems preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Primarily indoor work in an office environment requiring long periods of sitting
  • Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen.
  • No unusual physical requirements.
