Physical Therapist needed for outpatient clinic in Benton, AR
Outpatient Experience Is Preferred.Will accept New Grads? yes
Will accept First Time Travelers? yes
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
Float to other clinics: yes, May need to float to West Little Rock occasionally
Patient Population: higher fed population here
Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
Position: Therapist
Specialty/Modality: Physical Therapy
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Arkansas, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
