Patient Population: Outpatient
Visits per week: 12-14/day (60 per week)
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Pennsylvania, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
