Job Description & Requirements
~$1000.00-$1160.00 in weekly taxable income
~$25.00/hr-$29.00/hr*
Estimate assumes an 8 hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.
~$1414.00 in non-taxable stipend*
Actual amount subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments
Physical Therapist traveler needed for outpatient setting in Farmington, CT
26 week contract needed, will be covering someone out on leave
40 hours per week
July 12 or July 26 starts only
All time off required at submission
Shift: Monday/Wednesday: 10:30am-7pm, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 7:30am-4pm, no weekends or on-call.
Minor holidays required
EMR: EPIC
Scrubs: Any color
Must Have
Specialty/Modality: Physical Therapy
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-Connecticut, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
