SkillsI am seeking a qualified candidate with 3 years (5 years desirable) minimal clinical experience in adult/geriatric physical disability, with the following skills/attributes:

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Occupational Therapist-California, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
