Who We Are Looking For

Auro Wellness and Auro Skincare are seeking motivated, results-oriented individuals to join us as Inside Sales Associates. We are looking for individuals who can drive branded supplement sales and grow overall sales for Auro Products online. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, forward-thinking individual excited to take on the challenges and experiences of a start-up environment.

Position Overview: Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate is a crucial member of our team, supporting our salespeople while developing their own sales goals. This customer-facing role involves speaking to customers, communicating through multiple channels, and pitching products. As you grow and develop your skills, we will look to promote those ready to take on more responsibility. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales and sharpen your presentation skills with a niche clientele.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of six months in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Above average communication skills (listening, speaking, written).
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Google Suite programs, Microsoft Office.
  • CRM experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work a variable, rotating schedule within the general operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
  • Demonstrated ethics, integrity, honesty, attention to detail, attendance, and punctuality.

What You Can Expect to Do

  • Enter information into Hub spot Sales CRM.
  • Assist with onboarding and new applications for practitioners and customers.
  • Follow up on tradeshow leads via email and phone calls.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties.
  • Conduct cold calls.
  • Process payments.
  • Communicate new promotions, product availability, and upcoming events to customers.
