This full time role will initially be based at our Williamsville store location.

The primary responsibility of the Junior Machine Service Technician is to efficiently carry out sewing machine repairs and service.

They must be self-motivated, very adept at troubleshooting, and capable of multitasking. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.

Job Details :

• Strong technical aptitude, some electronics and computer understanding.
• Gain a solid understanding regarding sewing machine servicing and operation.
• Customer and staff technical support, providing quality, efficient machine service and testing.
• Communicate internally, externally with vendors as needed and directly with customers.
• Ability and desire to continually learn.
• Works with and effectively communicates with team members daily.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and carry around sewing machines and other heavy items from time to time, which can be as much as 50-pounds.

Receive incoming palleted stock and transfer between store locations.
