Job Description:

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven individuals to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling ADT's cutting-edge security systems directly to homeowners, with a focus on door-to-door sales and new homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and approach potential customers door-to-door to introduce ADT security solutions.
• Conduct thorough demonstrations of ADT products and services, emphasizing their benefits and features.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a door-to-door or field sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Earning Potential:

• The average rep will earn $75,000 - $150,000 annually. There are several different revenue channels that will be explained during the interview process.
• Top earnings: $200K /Annually

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
