COMPANY PURPOSE: Our team is searching for a good fit for an experienced Architectural Fabricator Welder-Shop Foreman with experience in custom metal fabrication and construction. A well-established and innovative company specializing in architectural details (Canopies, walkways, Trellis’ Decorative Specialties, etc.) architectural metal fabrication, custom finishes, and exterior aluminum specialties. QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields.

· Knowledge of production tools and equipment.

· Strong leadership qualities and the ability to maintain schedule and task management.

· Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse environment.

· Familiarity with welding TIG/MIG tools and procedures, stainless steel, and aluminum.

· Good communication skills, self-motivation, and possess excellent time management skills.

· Must be able to read and interpret shop fabrication drawings.

· Need to be able to interact with the Operations Manager.

· Be able to maintain a clean organized work area and ability to handle physical workload.

· Valid and clean driving record required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise and manage a shop production team.

· Coordinates and monitors the activities of production and operation teams.

· Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.

· Install and repair various equipment and components.

· Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.

· Conduct tests to evaluate welding quality and tolerance.

· Ensure a safe work environment for others and self.

• Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push materials and equipment (Approx. 100 lbs.).

· Maintain a high level of quality control with an emphasis on safety.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· WABO Certified preferred: SMAW-FCAW
