Job Description

The Parts Manager is responsible for the inventory management, delivery coordination, and repair and maintenance of parts and accessories for Austin Ford Chrysler Jeep vehicles. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and an ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inventory management - order parts from vendors, maintain inventories, and manage inventory levels in the company’s Inventory System.
• Deliver vehicles to customers - manage delivery schedule, communication with customers, and ensure vehicle is properly prepared for delivery
• Providing proper Parts for Repair vehicle - Providing timely parts ordering and delivery for our technicians to perform repairs on vehicles including engine replacement, transmission replacement, tire replacement, electrical system replacement, etc.
• Maintain inventory levels in the company’s Inventory System.
• Manage delivery coordination - manage delivery schedule in coordination with vendors, customers, and other departments as needed
• Maintain a clean work environment - perform cleanings on vehicles as needed including but not limited to oil changes and minor detailing as needed on each vehicle.

• Strong customer service skills – must be able to provide excellent customer service to our customers at all times. Must be able to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team – must be able to work independently or as part of a team without supervision. Must be able to work with minimal supervision in order to complete tasks or complete other duties assigned.
• Ability to multitask - must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in order to meet deadlines. Must be able to multitask in order to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work or customer service at any time during the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 45-50 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
