Job Summary:
Austin Laser Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead our team to success. Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Handle escalations professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Educate clients on treatment processes, expectations, and post-care requirements to ensure transparency and trust.
Team Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure team members are motivated and productive using tools like Slack, email, and .
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for the team.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing work environment.
Performance and Metrics:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency, revenue, and client retention.
- Optimize appointment scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Close sales and train the team on effective upselling, cross-selling, and storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives, including community involvement, partnerships, and industry events.
Operations Management:
- Become proficient in systems such as Zenoti, QuickBooks, and to streamline operations and ensure team proficiency.
- Act as the primary leader on Saturdays, when admin support is unavailable, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in management, preferably in a client-focused or service-oriented business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle client and team interactions effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Analytical and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding business goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to learn quickly.
- Some financial knowledge in regards to reading P/L, balance statements, and understanding payroll.
- Willingness to quickly learn about the laser aesthetics industry, including compliance, service standards, and client care.
