Position Overview: The Real Estate Lead Assignor is a crucial role designed for licensed Texas real estate agents who are just starting out or are finding it challenging to get established in the industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in qualifying buyers, sellers, and tenants, communicating with prospects, and building a robust real estate pipeline. All this while earning a steady hourly wage plus attractive commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify incoming leads based on their readiness to buy, sell, or rent properties.
  • Prospect Communication: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and set appointments.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to prospects, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior agents and the sales team to ensure leads are effectively assigned and managed.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Texas real estate license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
