Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• 2 years of customer service/industry knowledge and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be detail oriented and thorough in following protocol and procedures
• Able to work alone and/or under supervision
• Must have great communication skills and phone etiquette
• Must have strong social skills and work well with others
• Committed to quality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• Jewelry sales: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
