The primary function of this role is to oversee and carry out the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of all client investment accounts.

Trading

Managing the daily trade blotter and executing transactions:

• Model assignments
• Cash management
• Rebalancing
• Tax optimizing trades
• Dollar-cost-averaging programs
• Tax-loss-harvesting

Operations

Maintaining and improving all areas of investment operations:

• Manage quarterly billing process
• Database maintenance
• Continuous improvement to investment department systems and procedures 
• Coordinate efficient workflows 
• Evaluate and deploy new technologies

Proposal & Report Generation

Coordinating with advisors to create investment proposals:

• Portfolio Analytics
• Investment Policy Statement creation
• Proposed Investments
• Quarterly Performance Reports

Account Audit

Coordinating a quarterly review of all client accounts with advisors:

• Risk/Return targets
• Model assignments & custom models
• Exceptions
• Tax considerations

Vendor Management

Managing relationships and projects with primary service providers:

• Charles Schwab
• Orion
• Salesforce
• Pontera

• Trade execution (ideally using Orion Eclipse)
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience
• Database management
• Report creation
