Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop feasible test plans based on test applications, analyze test requirements and determine test content;
2. Find test vehicles according to product requirements, assist R&D personnel on business trips to find designated test vehicles, ensuring that R&D testing can be carried out as planned;
3. Carry out comprehensive functional testing of products, discover existing problems with products and software, urge the R&D team to modify and verify problems and provide feedback on test results;
4. Communicate with R&D and other departments during each stage of testing, ensuring the correctness and completeness of test input and output;
5. Establish and maintain a long-term effective test resource base at vehicle shops or workshops, maintain good relationships, achieve long-term cooperation, actively expand test resources, ensure and meet the resources required for testing, and provide a test environment for all project applications;
Qualifications:
1. Education with automobile-related majors;
2. Good learning ability, strong communication and coordination ability, and ability to analyze and solve problems;
3. Experience in new energy vehicle maintenance or car repair, understanding of car principles and vehicle fault analysis;
4. Proficient in the use of car detection equipment, rich experience in diagnostic equipment and system testing;
5. Proficient in the use of office software, holding a B1 driver's license, familiar with the European region and surrounding city roads;
6. Strong quality and service consciousness, strong communication ability, good execution, able to withstand high work pressure.
