Previously only available in luxury spas, AUTEUR is now available in a select few Neiman Marcus locations, and we are hiring motivated and professional associates to elevate our in-store customer experience.

Who we are looking for:

• A strong brand ambassador, supporting store teams in creating a world class skincare experience
• The ability to lead/work in a goal-oriented sales environment
• Enthusiastic to help clients, enjoy meeting, consulting and selling
• Develop and grow relationships in a leading luxury retailer
• Be professional and positive in all interactions with staff and clients

In Store Presence

• Educate retail partners and customers on our exciting new brand
• Communicate effectively with our clients and retail partners
• Sales goal oriented
• Timely schedule communication with in store events and needs being prioritized
• Merchandise, clean & refresh stock
• Maintaining expectations, protocols and standards of Neiman Marcus

Skill, Experience And Education Required

• Licensed esthetician/cosmetologist a plus
• Minimum 3 years skincare experience or relevant sales experience 
• Ability to collaborate with in store employees and management to build brand loyalty 
• Goal driven, awareness of monthly goal and promotional calendar
• Willingness to think outside the box with product sampling and new customer acquisition.

The expected pay range for this position is $25 hourly incentives. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, and education.

This is a freelance, flexible part-time position and will be store assigned.
